Sunday BBTC @ Banner
Buck ran for 14.22 Miles
2:12 Hours
I self medicated with a whole bottle of wine straight from the bottle and a bit of time resting on my ice pad.
This is what happens to my body when 14.22 miles is not enough and at the last minute decide to ride some urban with a mix of trails. Fun and all worth it !

I need a fix....
Tada!
EPO will do the trick?
Dopers Suck .....But I love these OTB bottles.
Buck was feeling a little butt hurt about not getting to go on yesterdays ride.
So today I took him back out to the secret trails.
Saw this today!
Illegal dumping and 4x4 poaching has been a problem.
The new barricade should help a little?
This made my day!
Caught the pooch just sitting and enjoying the view.

Morning Sunshine.....
Really looking forward to the ride tonight! especially if the group makes it over to "Hanks Ridge"
I have only been there once before and have not been able to stop thinking about my return.
Speaking of returns......Stinging Nettles got me good on yesterdays ride! Kept me awake most of the night.
Buck slept fine....
